We keep the information needed to run the service: basic account details from your Google sign-in, the school timelines you enter, the messages you send in classroom chat, and records of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted. - Choose your optional privacy settings.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion of your account.
Tips for staying safe
- Verify that a person really is your classmate before sharing personal details.
- Never send money, gift cards or one-time passwords to someone you met online.
- Keep your phone number, address and workplace private until you are comfortable.
- Meet in a public place and tell someone you trust where you are going.
- Stop replying and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

How to report a problem
Sign in and open the Support page from the app to send us a message. You can also email support.clastalgia@gmail.com. If you are in danger or have lost money to fraud, contact your local police or the cybercrime helpline in your country as well.
